ARTS IN EDUCATION PROJECT

We aim to stage a production for three weeks of each school term. 

Each production focuses on a separate historical period; all support and enhance the teaching of the National Curriculum in history and literacy.

Children spend a full day with us, taking part in a unique form of interactive Theatre in Education and a complementary workshop.

We also offer optional follow-up workshops to the schools who have participated in the project.

Over the past year we have been looking at life in London during the Tudor, Victorian and Roman times through our projects:
'The Golden Vanity', 'A Growing Infection' and 'Ultima Britannia', and this autumn we are planning to study the Romans.
